Excellency in Leadership Award

In order to encourage I-CAN members to become a chairperson to learn leadership, we will give "Excellency in Leadership Award" to top five chairpersons of activity committees chosen by anonymous ballots from members during the general election in Apr. 2010.

Excellent Flyer Design Award & Excellent Webpage Design Award

In order to thank volunteers for their excellent work and encourage more creativity in advertising before and after our events. We will give "Excellent Flyer Design Award" and "Excellent Webpage Design Award" to top five flyer designers and top five summary webpage designers chosen by anonymous ballots from members during the general election in Apr. 2010.

Diversity Outreach Award

In order to promote the diversity by encouraging members to invite non-Chinese friends to join I-CAN through personal influence. We will give "Diversity Outreach Award" to top five person who introduce most non-Chinese students into our group.

To know who introduce most non-Chinese members is very easy. When a new member joins our group, he/she will be asked "who introduce I-CAN to you?" at the end of our registration. For those non-Chinese members who missed that chance but still want to provide one name, please email your nomination to our Group Mail Manager Jue Wang at wangjuereecho@gmail.com or just post your nomination on our group mail directly. If candidates form a tie in number (say each of the ten persons introduced one non-Chinese member into our group), we will choose top five who did the work earlier. To be fair in competition, the presiding President is no eligible for this award.
